Music Department Admission Process
In addition to the general admission requirements for Moody Bible Institute, students applying for a music major (Bachelor of Arts in Music-Music Ministry or Bachelor of Music-Worship and Media Arts) need to fulfill the below conditions.
Application Process
- Online application
The first step is to fill out the undergraduate online application. In addition, the Music Department requires an audition, either on-campus or via electronic submission.
- On Campus or Online Audition
After completing the online application, an audition form must be completed. Audition is recommended but not required for the Worship and Media Arts degree. This can be done at the time of the on-campus audition or uploaded online with audition materials by the audition deadline. Record and upload your audition to the Music Department’s Dropbox account or contact us at musicadmissions@moody.edu to schedule an on-campus audition on a weekday during business hours.
